Collins Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and detailed oriented Quality Administrator. The Quality Administrator is responsible for inspection forms and review of customer requirements. This person must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and pay very close attention to the details of the task.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create an inspection master for each job, this
includes ballooning the blueprints, creating an Inspection Report, First Piece
Report and Shipping data sheet for each part.

Review all customer purchase orders at the time
of shipment to make sure requirements are met.
·
Generate the Certificate of Conformance, make
copies of any quality documentation to be sent with each shipment and a copy to
the Office Manager.
·
Close out and inspect file folders.
·
Review job packet for any changes that could
affect quality and notify the QA Manager.
· Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
·
Must have experience in balloon drawings.
·
Blueprint reading experience.
·
Knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing
processes.
·
Knowledge of modern office methods and
procedures, filing and office equipment.
·
Speak, read, write and communicate in English.
·
Handle working under supervision and deadlines.
· Ability to build and maintain a working relationship with customers, potential customers and peers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·
HS diploma or trade school
·
3 to 5 years of related work experience
·
Minimum of 3 years working in a shop or
manufacturing environment
·
Minimum of 3 years interpreting drawings and specifications
· Minimum of 3 years interpreting Statistical Process Control Charts
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The ideal candidate must be able to
stand, sit, and walk for periods at a time. No issues looking at a computer
screen majority of the day.
